iHDS is your single point of contact.
We handle partners, workflows, technology, and logistics — you keep the vision and validation, and we execute.

Who owns the rights to the design and the product?

Once the service has been fully paid for, all deliverables defined in the contract are transferred to the client.
The client becomes the full owner of their design and product.
iHDS retains only the right to present the project for communication purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

Can I work on just one part (design, prototype, production)?

Yes.
‍Our services are modular. You can start with a design package or a prototype, then move on to production and scaling when your project is ready.

Is iHDS a traditional design agency

No.
iHDS is an integrated system: design, engineering, industrialization, and logistics are centralized.
You don’t have to coordinate multiple providers — we manage the entire product cycle.

How long does it take to launch a product?

It depends on the package you choose, but our goal is simple: move fast without skipping steps. A design can be delivered in a few days, a prototype in a few weeks, and production can start much faster than with a traditional process.

How does the iHDS DistribCycle® subscription work?

Once your product is launched, you get access to a flexible monthly subscription. It covers storage, fulfillment, shipping, and tracking, adjusted to your actual sales volume.
No commitment.

Are the products compliant with European and international standards?

Yes.
We integrate the necessary certifications (CE, RoHS, FCC, etc.) through independent auditors at the appropriate stage of the project.
